Computational World
The enclosing hardware-facing substrate: shells, routes, isolation, recovery, and resource governance.
A resident operating environment and its enclosing machine substrate, designed to boot, operate, recover, and govern resources as one native platform.

NightFall OS
This emblem belongs to NightFall OS. NightFall Technologies uses a distinct corporate identity so the parent company and its individual projects remain clearly separated.
The premise
The Computational World surrounds NightFall OS. It is not a separate application above the OS and it is not a processor. It is the hardware-facing software environment in which NightFall operates.
What it is
The Computational World is conceived as a bounded, three-dimensional spherical software reactor composed of thousands of functional shells and layers. Work can move laterally, vertically, and radially rather than being confined to a conventional flat software stack.
NightFall OS is the resident operating environment within that world. Their security boundaries remain explicit, but the completed architecture is intended to boot, recover, and manage machine resources as one native platform on conventional CPUs, GPUs, memory, and storage.
Portability is a hard requirement. The platform is designed to expand and contract around available resources, including the long-term target of operating meaningfully on a machine with 4 GB of RAM and approximately 57 GB of NVMe storage.
Architecture
01
The enclosing hardware-facing substrate: shells, routes, isolation, recovery, and resource governance.
02
An independently developed custom kernel containing original implementations and architectural mechanisms.
03
The resident operating environment: security, compatibility, storage, desktop, applications, recovery, and system intelligence.
04
The architecture expands or contracts around the capabilities of the machine rather than assuming high-end hardware.
05
Controlled detection, recovery, verification, and rollback are designed into the platform rather than added as an external service.
06
Garlic Transport, NPGC-SH capsules, and the Adaptive Polymorphic Fabric are planned as inseparable parts of the Computational World.

Results describe preserved controlled tests and their defined scope. They do not convert unfinished long-term objectives into completed capabilities.
Boundaries
Original work
The specific combination of a bounded spherical computational environment, resident NightFall OS, multidirectional shell routing, native recovery, resource governance, and hardware-adaptive operation appears to be NightFall’s strongest system-level architectural invention. Formal novelty requires professional prior-art review.
