NightFall Continuum

An independent private-networking project focused on making meaningful privacy practical for ordinary connected applications.

The premise

Continuum is being developed as an original NightFall-controlled networking system. Its protocol design and security mechanisms remain confidential.

What it is

NightFall Continuum has completed controlled HTTPS qualification and advanced into restricted Windows service qualification. The platform is progressing toward owner production use, supported by preserved governance records and independently reviewed engineering milestones.

The Phase 48 certified core remains preserved. Windows service qualification and final owner-production acceptance are incomplete.

Boundaries

Privacy claims must remain exact

  • Source/destination separation and partitioned relay knowledge are established privacy principles; Continuum does not claim to have invented them.
  • Ordinary account login can reveal identity to the destination service.
  • Loopback and controlled-environment acceptance results are not equivalent to worldwide deployment proof.
  • Phase 48 certification covers its defined core boundary; it does not complete owner-production deployment.
  • Native NightFall OS integration remains a separate, incomplete validation boundary.
  • Continuum is not presented as a publicly released production 1.0 product.
  • Global-observer resistance remains a demanding design objective and must not be marketed as guaranteed until independently demonstrated.
